CPR2Day helps healthcare professionals attend accredited CPR training so they remain compliant with HPCSA and workplace safety requirements without the hassle of searching for credible providers, attending generic public courses, or risking CPD non-compliance.
My CPR Story
My journey into healthcare and lifesaving education began long before I understood it. At just 18 months old, I stopped breathing and, for 40 minutes, trained professionals fought to bring me back. Their skill – and their refusal to give up – gave me a second chance at life. That experience, though I don’t remember it, shaped everything that came after.
Growing up knowing that CPR saved my life instilled in me a deep passion for healthcare, education, and access. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to learn something that could change — or save — a life. That belief is at the heart of CPR2Day.
CPR2Day exists because knowledge is powerful, but shared knowledge is transformative. Every person we train becomes part of a ripple effect of confidence, preparedness, and compassion. A single responder can be the difference between life and loss — and when that person goes on to inspire others, the impact multiplies.
For me, CPR is more than a skill. It’s empowerment. It’s helping ordinary people realise the extraordinary ability they already have: the ability to act, to care, and to save. Through CPR2Day, I’m committed to helping people help others, because every life saved begins with someone who cared enough to learn.
CPR2Day is a proudly South African, female-owned training provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, interactive CPR and First Aid education to companies, healthcare teams, and individuals. Founded on a commitment to lifesaving excellence, we combine up-to-date, science-based content with flexible learning options that respect our clients’ time, convenience, and operational demands. By offering blended training, we allow learners to complete their theory online in their own time, reducing time away from work and lowering training costs. Our in-person sessions focus on hands-on practice and assessment, ensuring competence, confidence, and real-world readiness. At CPR2Day, we do the research, simplify the process, and deliver training that is not only compliant—but truly empowering.
